Today admission to the engineering course is easy, due to the elimination of entrance exam and more private institutions in our state and parents can easily graduate their children as a professional degree holder. Moreover today we can see at least two engineering graduates in a family. But 15 yrs back, when I am doing my graduate it was not so easy to enter into engineering college. We have to write entrance exam, and based upon the marks scored in the exam the admission to the engineering college would be confirmed. On the other hand if the mark scored is low we have to join only through payment quota.
Due to financial criteria, it was difficult in those days for the middle class family to graduate their children through payment quota

Yeah, during my higher secondary examination result the mark was not bad and I scored 81% in the public examination. But the biggest hurdle is the entrance exam where everybody has to face it. I went to special coaching class for the entrance exam for one month and after one month preparation I wrote the exam. I too had the dream of joining in professional course, but on the day of entrance exam result, the mark scored was not sufficient for me to get admission in the engineering college.

My dad mad mom found it difficult to get admission in the payment quota, so they decided to seek admission in science courses. At first I am not convinced with their decision, but my mom said me that there is nothing superior in courses. It is all about learning; and she advised me to have graduation in science course and to do the best in it. Finally I got admission for the Physics course in the arts and Science College. My life changed there and completed my under and post graduate in physics stream. Today I am assistant professor in engineering college and completed my doctorate in physics. Now teaching engineering students every year gives me satisfaction and this profession is a passion for me.

Deepak is very interested in sports and he will take part in all the games in his school days. At times he will come home with medals and cups. After his school days he began to go trekking to hill places with his friends, he will involve in long cycling and often he will run in marathon.

He used to share the joy and the real feelings he experienced when he take part in such activities. He motivated me a lot and often advised me to go for walking and jogging in the early morning, and requests me to involve in any one of the sports. Due to his interest and hard work he came fourth in the last marathon. It is that moment changed me and I became his real follower. He enjoys in everything he do. Then on, I decided to take part in such activity which will keep us fit and energy. Now with his full inspiration, I am going to participate in the marathon.

Today we have lot of varieties, jazz, rock, hip-hop.
Dance cannot be avoided. When we go for an outing, or camp during a trip, the first thing that reflects in people mind is dance. Though my friends force me to dance, I always take the corner of the room, when it comes to dancing. I always feel embarrassed and never dance in front of people. At the end of the trip, when my friends discuss that they had a good time during camp fire and dance, I realize that I have missed lot of fun.

My husband is a professor and currently working in university of Perlis , Malaysia. I have a son of four years old. Dance is the best thing to energize the soul and mind. I personally believe that music could bring back the joy of people. I remember an incident which happened last week. My husband and I were planning for a family trip from long time, but due to unavoidable situation the plan did not get executed at all.

When Shared the disappointment with my friends, they gave us an option. They were planning for a trip and they gave an invite to join and it was a group of 5 people.

Al-together, there were some 8 children in the group. We booked a resort and at the same time, silent meditation course were taking place in the resort. Hence, music system were banned in the resort on that particular night.

The children were highly disappointed, since there were no music systems and could not dance. We played songs in the mobile, but the kids could not enjoy the dance to the extreme. One of my friends son began to cry, as there were no camp fire at night. We promised him, that the next day we will arrange camp fire and requested the resort people to arrange the camp fire and dance.
The next day, they arranged the dance and all our children enjoyed dancing to the song. They were awake whole night dancing to the high beat song.

During my studies in college I use to take part in all the sport activities and will be one among the top 5 winners. For me sports are one of my favorite fields, right from the childhood apart from my studies. I never felt tired of continuous running and playing with my friends.

For me I cannot leave my son in the morning and go for walking and moreover I have to prepare breakfast and so on. It is difficult for me to find time to go for walking but at the same time I am concerned about reducing my weight.
